BevTest has introduced its long-awaited Top beverage testing institute best vodkas, featuring the best of class unflavored vodkas. One of these was Elit Vodka, known for being Vodka of the Year.

Elit Vodka, which was also declared Vodka of the Year by BevTest, of which O’Kennard said: “Elit is a terrific example of this paradigm even though it has dropped to $39 lately; that’s outstandingly smooth in its texture; subtly complex flavour and, naturally enough, its smoothness,”
From Denmark, the Nykur Limited Edition Super Premium Organic Jaeger Corps Vodka is equally persuasive and commands a higher price point with an extra supple mouthfeel and pristine organic flavors. The Yacht Life Vodka from Florida sails full steam ahead into the $100 horizon, with a buoyant body and stern grain-forward character.
Elit Vodka
Winner: Elit Vodka was crowned the 2024 Vodka of the Year. According to the BevTest Judging Panel, the vodka demonstrated “Aromas of vanilla, lemongrass and mown field grass. Its notes feature crisp alpine air, lemon zest, and cotton. I challenge anyone to find a cleaner, more neutral smelling and beverage testing institute best vodkas that doesn’t have any distillation defects or alcohol burn.
Super Premium Organic Jaeger Corps Vodka by Nykur Limited Edition
This premium Danish vodka was characterized by the BevTest Judging Panel as showing “nose of proofed dough, lemon and green apple sharpie. This showcases flavors of Italian bread, crushed white flowers and ginger. “Clean, elegant beautiful with a touch of baked bread sweetness.
Dirty Devil Vodka
Maybe even worse was the Judging Panel at BevTest, who said the vodka expressed: “aromas of vanilla, tree sap, and lemon zest. The flavor notes feature mixed nuts with a vanilla glaze, marzipan and pepper. Smooth Vodka that is round, clean and will complete all your Vodka mixing requirements.
Ramsbury Single Estate Vodka
Here’s a perennial winner in international spirit competitions — Ramsbury VodkaAccording to the BevTest Judging Panel, it has “aromas of lemon zest, lime juice and clean cotton. The flavors hint at lime peel, vanilla cream, and pepper on pineapple. Super clean with just a hint of fruit, a pleasant green herbal and citrus note lightly dancing across your tongue.
Yacht Life Vodka
Yacht Life is a newcomer to the premium beverage testing institute best vodkas. A review from the BevTest Judging Panel said this vodka has “aromas of corn chowder, masa and Wheat thin crackers. Flavors flat out of rye bread and green apple almond flour cornbread batter.
